Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in hospice or related settings.
 - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
 - Leadership or management experience a major plus.
 
- Valid driver's license (required)
 
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee an interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more.
 - Ensure adherence to hospice regulations and standards.
 - Facilitate communication between medical staff and the care team.
 - Lead interdisciplinary meetings, documenting patient needs and care plans.
 - Develop and update patient care policies and emergency procedures.
 - Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.
 - Act as the central hub for communication with families, physicians, and other providers.
 - Analyze quality metrics and manage a caseload of patients as needed.
 - Participate in after-hours and on-call duties to ensure seamless care.
 - Maximize resource utilization and promote a collaborative work culture.
